I went back again to collect the latest Gift and i had issues with it loading so i tried all the obvious things like re logging etc and it still wouldn't work, so i sent a note card to the store owner. She got back to me instantly and was very helpful. It turned out it was just another SL glitch, but her attitude was great and very accommodating and friendly.
