I saw a beautiful dress on FB and went looking to see if i could find it, then found that this store was free to join and had a large board of over 23 gifts and some LL boards and gatchas. I saw a dress i really wanted on a gatcha and had 4 attempts to get the colour i wanted. On my second try i won the dress and it didnt arrive so i had another 2 trys with still no result. I sent a note card to the owner and got an almost instant and lovely reply putting all the issues right. She could not have been more helpful. And ever since she has shown very good customer service. I have asked several questions and each time she has been in touch very quickly.
