This store was another store that i discovered from seeing a free Group Gift advertised on
Freebies Second Life , so i went to have a look.
There where four gifts available in the store. Three for ladies and one for men. One gift was easy to get just by clicking the board but the other two you needed to pay 1L and that was reimbursed when you got the gift which is fairly normal these days and a great idea, but i didn't understand why the gifts had different methods for retrieving them. I stupidly didn't try the pay method at first thinking that maybe SL was messing about as it seems to be a lot recently.
After many tries and a re log and a cache clear and still no luck with getting the gifts i wrote a note card to the owner to ask for help.
I find a note card to the owners is a good test of customer services which on the whole have been amazing so far with other stores. So far i have had no response. I always give the benefit of the doubt for a few days as people may be busy in RL but if you are running a store i would expect the owner/designer to be in contact after 48 hours.
It's nice to see another store with a good mens section as well as a woman's.
There is a re delivery terminal which i always like to see.
